EASY CARE's story 

EASY CARE was born from a simple yet essential observation: access to healthcare in Belgium remains complex for people residing abroad.

With over 10 years of experience in a hospital setting, I have frequently been approached by patients and their distressed relatives, unsure of how to initiate medical procedures for themselves or for their families living outside of Belgium.

A striking anecdote deeply touched me: a man approached me in the hospital lobby, clearly lost. He said to me, "Could you help me? I'm looking for a medical office that could assist me with the procedures so that my brother, who lives abroad, can come here to receive treatment in Belgium. I don't know who to turn to."

This moment, among many others, was the trigger. I became aware of a real, urgent, and often overlooked need: that of tailored administrative support for healthcare in Belgium, intended for people living abroad or having loved ones in Belgian territory.
