GENERAL CONDITIONS 

​1. Subject of the service

  1. Easy Care is a company specialized in providing administrative support to individuals residing in Belgium or abroad who wish to arrange medical care in hospitals in Belgium. We exclusively handle administrative management: contact initiation, document management, and organization of medical appointments. Easy Care is not a medical care provider and does not replace a doctor or a hospital institution in any way.

2. Target audience

  1. Our services are aimed at adults over 25 years old, residing in Belgium or abroad, as well as their relatives wishing to arrange medical follow-up in Belgium.

3. Acceptance of requests

  1. All requests are subject to prior analysis by Easy Care. We reserve the right to refuse certain requests if they do not meet our criteria (incomplete file, non-compliant request, emergency situation).

4. Processing Times

    • Easy Care does not handle urgent requests.

    • A minimum of 2 months is required between the acceptance of the file and the scheduling of the first medical appointment.

5. Responsibility

    • Easy Care acts solely as an administrative intermediary.

    • The quality and delivery of medical care are the sole responsibility of Belgian hospitals and healthcare professionals.

    • Easy Care cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or medical decisions made by practitioners or healthcare facilities.

6. Personal and Medical Data

    • Your data is processed with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

    • They are used solely for the administrative management of your file.

    • No data will be shared with a third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Pricing and Payment

    • The rates for Easy Care services are communicated before any file acceptance.

    • The payment is made according to the terms specified at the signing of the service contract.

    • No refunds are granted once the service has begun, except in cases of duly justified force majeure.

8. Customer Engagement

    The client agrees to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information when preparing the file.

    • Respect the deadlines for submitting the requested documents.

    • Use Easy Care services only within the framework defined by these general terms and conditions.

9. Modification of the general terms and conditions

    Easy Care reserves the right to modify these general conditions at any time. The version in effect on the day of the request validation will be the applicable one.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    The present general conditions are subject to Belgian law.

    In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of the judicial district of the registered office of Easy Care.
